Yoga, Refreshments & Community - a different kind of Sunday. - The Experience Start your Sunday morning with a mini-retreat. We begin with a slow, grounding Yoga flow designed to settle the body and quiet the mind. Once we’ve moved and focused on our breathing, we’ll share delicious fresh and seasonal food, accompanied by a range of herbal teas and coffees. It’s a chance to pause and soak up the post-yoga glow.

Ground, Nourish & Restore: The Summer Reset
During the Summer months, calendars often get busier, routines shift and our energy levels tend to change too. To celebrate this season, I have created a space for us to pause, breathe and recharge. Our Summer Reset Retreat is a zero-pressure space to move your body, clear your mind and take time to relax. Date: Sunday 16th August Time: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: Cavendish Hall, Thurston To make this day extra special, I have teamed up with two wonderful local practitioners. Here is exactly how our day together will flow: Ground We’ll start our morning with an energising yoga flow to wake up the body and prepare for a deeply transformative Gong Bath led by Lexi. From personal experience, her calming sound journey is the ultimate way to reset your nervous system. As you emerge from your Gong Bath, our herbalist Ally (who some of you know from class!) will then offer herbal drinks designed to complement the experience. Nourish With our bodies and minds settled, we will enjoy a relaxing lunch. Ally is creating a beautiful, spring-inspired menu with a focus on whole plant foods and a choice of seasonal dishes, all dietary requirements taking into account. With her background in catering and herbal therapy, she is putting together a truly nourishing spread using delicious organic ingredients. Restore To close our day, we will settle in for a deeply restorative, slow yoga flow. We will use soothing eye pillows and gentle movements, following our relaxation we will share a snack to ensure you float home completely relaxed and revitalised. Who is this for? Absolutely everyone. Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the very first time, or you are an experienced yogi looking for a reset. Have you always wanted to try Yoga, but the idea of joining a class feels daunting? If you keep putting it off, this workshop is the perfect place to start. Who is this for? Open to everyone. It is perfect if you want to build your confidence before joining a weekly class, need a refresher after a break, or simply want to deepen your knowledge. Looking for a unique, grounding activity during a hen weekend or to celebrate a birthday? Book a private group class where we focus on fun, connection, and stretching. Wobbles and laughter are highly encouraged! - Perfect for: Hen parties, milestone birthdays, or just a restorative morning with your favourite people. - What to expect? Fun, celebratory, and completely adaptable to all energy levels (even the slightly hungover ones!). I bring all the equipment so you don't have to think about anything. - Location: Hosted at a venue of your choice in the Bury St Edmunds area, or I can help source a local space.
