I offer daytime and evening classes across three locations in Suffolk (Haughley, Woolpit & Thurston), designed to fit around real life and busy schedules.

The perfect Thursday evening reset. We find a gentle, steady motion to soothe a tired nervous system and quiet the mind. It’s the ultimate way for anyone looking to shed the week’s tension to find a bit of ease and transition gently into the weekend.
