Class overview

This evening class is designed to help you release the tension from the week. Because it is a vinyasa practice, we still move continuously and link our breath with our movement, but at a much softer, slower pace than our daytime classes. It is a steady, gentle flow aimed at easing tight shoulders, backs and hips. The pace is calm and the room is quiet, intentionally preparing you for a restful night. The result: You'll leave feeling deeply relaxed, physically eased and ready to rest.
