Find your evening rhythm in our signature " The Unwind" session. By Thursday evening, the week can feel a little "loud." This class is your dedicated space to quiet the noise, let go of the "to-do" list and transition gently into your weekend. The Unwind Journey: - Mindful, Flowing Movement: We move through a mindful sequence designed to help you shake off the day. A practice that uses gentle movement and breathwork to soothe a busy mind and a tired nervous system. - A Space to Slow Down: Even if you usually prefer a faster pace, this is the session where we give the body permission to relax and settle. We focus on how the movement feels rather than how it looks, finding a sense of balance as we flow. - Function Over Form: I arrange our mats in a supportive semi-circle, so there is no pressure to "perform" - just space to move in a way that feels good for you. Is this for me? Absolutely no flexibility or previous experience is required. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or have never stepped on a mat, this class offers a welcoming, low-pressure environment to simply show up as you are. Yoga is a chance to breathe and move in a way that feels good for you. Come exactly as you are.
