Yogadia offers a range of classes and regular workshops based from the Wesley Hall, Elmswell and the Woolpit Institute.
Claudia's ambition is to make Yoga accessible, fun and rewarding whilst developing her student's strength, flexibility and mindfulness.
Yoga is a form of exercise which can be Gentle or more Challenging depending on your fitness goals, and students usually notice a difference within a few classes.
You do not need to be flexible to join but, you are likely to become more flexible if you do!
