The perfect place to begin. Have you always wanted to try Yoga, but the idea of walking into a class feels a little daunting? If you’ve been putting it off, this workshop is designed specifically for you. This is a slow-paced, "no-pressure" afternoon where there are no silly questions and no expectations to be flexible. Is this for me? This workshop is open to everyone. It’s perfect if you want to build your confidence before joining a weekly class, need a gentle refresher after a long break, or simply want to understand the 'why' behind the poses. What we’ll explore: -The Essentials: A breakdown of the most common poses (and how to make them feel right for your body). - The Breath: Simple techniques to help you quiet a busy mind. - The Movement: A slow, guided flow to put it all into practice. - The 'Why': A brief look at where yoga comes from and why we do it. - The Treats: A proper break with plenty of tea, treats, and a chance to chat.
