About me
Hi, I’m Claudia.
Yoga teacher, movement advocate, and founder of Yogadia.
My Approach
I started Yogadia to make yoga feel practical, empowering, and deeply restorative for everyday life. I don't believe you need to be flexible, look a certain way, or master complex poses to get the full benefit of a practice.
For me, yoga is about creating a deliberate space in your week to build physical strength, improve mobility, and quiet a busy mind.
Whether we’re moving through an energetic dynamic flow or unwinding in a slower practice, my goal is always the same: for you to step off the mat feeling stronger, clearer, and more grounded than when you walked in.
