"With over 10 years of dedicated practice, I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with my local community. I believe that a yoga practice is a lifelong companion, supporting us through good times and bad, both physically and mentally.

Yoga is proven to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while simultaneously reducing stress and anxiety. But it doesn't stop there; it can also help with pain management, sleep quality, posture, and cardiovascular health. As you may have noticed, I'm quite a fan!

​I am accredited with a 200-Hour Teacher Training from Yoga Alliance Professionals. However, just like my students, I am always learning and regularly attend workshops to bring fresh insights to my classes.

My teaching style is authentic and focused on alignment, breathwork, and mindfulness - always fostering a supportive community with plenty of opportunities for a smile or a laugh.
Your experience starts the moment you walk through the door. I'm passionate about creating a relaxing atmosphere which includes high-quality audio and lighting. I also pre-set the mats in a semi-circle, so you never have to worry about where to sit, and you always have a clear view of my demonstrations. Explore classes and workshops.
