About me
Hi, I’m Claudia.
I run welcoming, down-to-earth yoga classes in Haughley, Woolpit, and Bury St Edmunds, and my entire teaching philosophy comes down to one simple rule: Function and feeling over form. Always.

I know firsthand how intimidating the yoga world can feel. The wellness industry often makes it look like you need to be perfectly zen and incredibly flexible just to unroll a mat. That is exactly why I created Yogadia to be completely different.

In my classes, you will notice a few things right away:

-
There is no "back of the class." I always set our mats up in a welcoming semi-circle.
-
We love our props. We don't force our bodies into uncomfortable shapes. Instead, we use blocks, bricks, and straps to bring the floor up to meet you.
-
Wobbles are highly encouraged. We move to build strength, find softness, and reset our nervous systems, but we never take ourselves too seriously.

My Journey & The Real "Balance"
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I'm a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP) accredited teacher. I am deeply passionate about the physical and mental benefits of this practice, but I am definitely not your stereotypical yoga guru!

To me, true balance means enjoying a strong, fiery flow, and then happily enjoying a really good local doughnut afterwards. When I'm practicing at home, you'll usually find me trying to hold a balance while my two dogs actively try to steal my yoga blocks.

Whether you are craving a sweaty Rocket flow, a gentle restorative stretch, or just 60 minutes of quiet away from your busy life, I have a mat waiting for you. Come exactly as you are.

Claudia
