Frequently Asked Questions
Which class should I choose?
To help you find your perfect match, I’ve added a ‘Chilli-Meter’ 🌶️ to every class description. This shows you the 'heat' and challenge level at a glance. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, my goal is to provide a personalised experience where you feel supported. New to Yoga? I usually recommend starting with a gentle class to build your foundations before trying styles like Vinyasa or Rocket. Already Active? If you have experience with Pilates, CrossFit, or Martial Arts, you will likely feel comfortable jumping straight into our more dynamic classes.
Who are classes for?
Everyone! You are welcome here whether you are stepping onto a mat for the first time or the five-hundredth time. Yogadia is also the perfect partner for your existing training. Many of our students use yoga to support their running, cycling, martial arts, CrossFit, or Pilates practice—helping to prevent injury and improve overall flexibility.
Do I need to be flexible to join?
Absolutely not. Thinking you need to be flexible to start yoga is a bit like thinking you need to be fit to go to the gym! Flexibility is a result of the practice, not a requirement. I focus on connecting your breath with movement and building strength. It isn't about touching your toes; it’s about what you learn on the way down. I also adapt the yoga to fit your body, with plenty of modifications available to make every pose feel right for you.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring yourself and a bottle of water to stay hydrated! Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely (leggings, joggers, or shorts are perfect). Do I need a mat? If you have your own mat, feel free to bring it. If not, don't worry - I have spare mats available for you to use. All other props (blocks, straps, bolsters) are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
How does the Loyalty Package work?
I’ve designed my payment options to be as flexible as possible. Pay As You Go: £12 per session, £9 for my Express class. Perfect for flexibility. Class Packages: If you plan to attend regularly, commitment pays off! Whether you choose a 6-class or 12-class pass, the discounted price means you effectively free classes.
