Ground, Nourish & Restore: The Spring Reset

As the days finally get a little lighter, it's completely natural to want to shake off the winter. To prepare for the busy, warmer months, I wanted to create a space for us to pause, breathe and recharge. Our Spring Reset Retreat is a zero-pressure space to move your body, clear your mind, and be completely looked after. Date: Sunday, 26th April Time: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: The Woolpit Institute Spaces: Strictly limited to 10 mats for an intimate, cosy experience. To make this day extra special, I have teamed up with two wonderful local practitioners. Here is exactly how our day together will flow: Ground We’ll start our morning with an energising yoga flow to wake up the body. This prepares us for a deeply transformative Gong Bath led by Lexi from Luna Moon Wellness. Her calming sound journey is the ultimate way to reset your nervous system. Nourish For lunch, our herbalist Ally (who some of you know from class!), is creating a beautiful, spring-inspired menu. With her background in catering and herbal therapy, she is putting together a truly nourishing spread using delicious organic ingredients. Restore To close our day, we will settle in for a deeply restorative, slow yoga flow. We will use soothing eye pillows and gentle movements to ensure you float home completely relaxed. Who is this for? Absolutely everyone. Whether you are stepping onto a mat for the very first time, or you are an experienced yogi looking for a reset. Workshops

Introduction to Yoga Basics

Have you always wanted to try Yoga, but the idea of joining a class feels daunting? If you keep putting it off, this workshop is the perfect place to start. Who is this for? Open to everyone. It is perfect if you want to build your confidence before joining a weekly class, need a refresher after a break, or simply want to deepen your knowledge. What to expect: - A brief history of Yoga - A breakdown of the essential poses (and how to do them safely) - An exploration of breathing techniques - A gentle Yoga flow and relaxation - Refreshments break (with plenty of teas and treats!)

Creating a Home Practice

Have you always wanted to practice Yoga at home, but the moment you roll out your mat, you forget the poses? Who is this for? Perfect if you have done some Yoga before and want to develop the tools (and confidence) to continue your practice at home. What to expect: - Master the fundamentals to build your own sequences - Gain the tools to practice wherever you are - Refreshments break, with a range of teas and treats!

Introduction to Rocket Yoga

Fancy trying a new style of Yoga? I can’t wait to share this dynamic practice with you. Who is this for? Perfect if you are comfortable in a Vinyasa class but are looking for a new challenge or a different style of flow. Together, we will build your confidence and get to know the basics before taking off! What to expect: - A breakdown of the essential Rocket poses - A full Rocket Flow practice - Refreshments break (with plenty of teas and treats!)

We all know what sitting at a desk all day does to our posture and our stress levels. Swap the boardroom for the yoga mat with a bespoke corporate wellness session. I bring the mats, the props, and the highly effective "Power Shower" techniques to help your team release built-up tension and completely reset their nervous systems. - Perfect for: Team building days, monthly wellbeing initiatives, or a one-off treat for a hardworking staff. - The Vibe: Accessible, down-to-earth, and strictly zero-jargon. Nobody needs to be flexible to join in! - Location: I can come to your Suffolk office space, or we can arrange a private studio hire.

Book a private group class where we focus on fun, connection, and a beautiful stretch before you head off for brunch and prosecco. Wobbles and laughter are highly encouraged! - Perfect for: Hen parties, milestone birthdays, or just a restorative morning with your favourite people. - The Vibe: Fun, celebratory, and completely adaptable to all energy levels (even the slightly hungover ones!). - Location: Hosted at a venue of your choice in the Bury St Edmunds area, or I can help source a local studio.
