Do I need to be flexible to join?

Not at all. Thinking you need to be flexible to start yoga is a bit like thinking you need to be fit to go to the gym! Flexibility is a result of the practice, not a requirement.

I focus on connecting your breath with movement and building strength. It isn't about touching your toes; it’s about what you learn on the way down.

I also adapt the yoga to fit your body, with plenty of modifications available to make every pose feel right for you.
