To help you choose the right class for your energy levels this week, look for the Chillis:

Known as the "original Yoga," this class is perfect if you are new to the practice or simply looking for a more grounded experience. We focus on creating a mindful pace, holding poses longer, and using breathwork to find balance between body and mind. While the pace is steady, the intensity changes week to week to keep your body on its toes and help develop your practice.

Dynamic Vinyasa 🌶️🌶️

Designed to build strength, flexibility, and internal heat, this class is perfect for those looking for a new fitness challenge. Unlike static styles where poses are held for long durations, you will flow continuously from one posture to the next, linking breath with movement through dynamic Vinyasa transitions. It is an excellent way to tone the body and build endurance, offering quick, tangible results.

Build strength, flexibility, and internal heat. You will move from one posture to the next at a varied, dynamic pace. While it follows a sequence similar to Ashtanga, Rocket offers more freedom for creative variations, making it a great way to track the progress in your practice. Expect the unexpected: A variety of inversions, Pilates-style core work, and a focus on flexibility - including working on (or towards) your splits! New to Rocket? Don't worry. Modifications are given for every pose. We fly together, but you land at your own pace.
