Do I need to be flexible to join?
No, you do not have to be flexible to do yoga; in fact, becoming more flexible is one of the benefits of a regular practice.
Yoga is about connecting your breath with your body, building strength, and practicing mindfulness, not about achieving perfect poses.
Yoga can be adapted for all levels, and modifications are available to make poses accessible to you, no matter your starting point.
You can bring a Yoga mat if you have one, or I can lend you one.
