About Yogadia

Claudia believes that Yoga can be there for whatever you are going through, both physically and mentally, and with over 10 years of dedicated yoga practice, she is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with her local community.

Yoga has been shown to help improve flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as reduce stress and anxiety. It can also help with pain management, better sleep, improved posture, and can benefit cardiovascular health. 

 

The practice combines movement, breathing techniques, and meditation to promote overall wellbeing.​​​​​​​​

Accredited with a 200 Hr Teacher Training from Yoga Alliance Professionals, Claudia is always looking to develop her teaching so you'll often find her attending workshops to benefit her classes.

All Yoga teachers are unique in how they bring Yoga to life, Claudia's style of teaching is authentic, focused on correct alignment, breathwork and mindfulness, fostering a community environment and any opportunity for a smile / laugh!

​​Classes are set out in a semi-circle so you can practice Yoga in your own space, with all equipment provided and spare mats if you need one, so you don't need to think about anything apart from moving from pose to pose and listening to your body. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
